- How long does it take to ship a car from South Florida to New York?
- Typically 3 to 5 days from pickup. Chicago runs 4 to 6 days, Texas 3 to 4 days, and California 7 to 10 days.
- Can you ship a car that does not run?
- Yes. Non-running vehicles are picked up on a winch-equipped truck. Tell us when you request the price so the right truck is assigned.
- Is my car insured during transport?
- Yes. Every carrier we assign is licensed and insured, and the car is inspected and photographed at pickup and again at delivery.
- What is the difference between open and enclosed transport?
- Open carriers are the standard and cost less. Enclosed carriers protect the car from weather and road debris and are used for classics, exotics and high-value vehicles.
- Do you ship snowbird cars north and south?
- Yes. Snowbird moves north in spring and south in fall are a large part of what we run out of South Florida. Book early in the season, when carrier space tightens.
- When do I pay?
- You pay the driver on delivery, after the car is inspected.
